Longevity / Eternal Life
If you were to ask me what the most pressing issue of most of my principals is I’d be tempted to - off the top of my head - say that it’s longevity. That their most important concern is how they can maximise their (quality) lifetime in order to enjoy their wealth as long as humanly possible.
So much so, that I conducted an insanely extensive coaching session with one principal solely around this topic, and even to a degree where we had to figure out post-cryonics wealth restoration.
Their plan was to be frozen after their passing, and when technical means were available, would be unfrozen, and reanimated, and reintroduced into the physical life, and their entire estate, they had left behind temporarily.

Another important aspect of this project were the pillars of longevity we discovered along this tremendous, and rewarding journey.
It turns out that the food you consume is probably the most important factor in longevity.
Logically you take in only the best food available to you, right?
Your own Farm
Yet, can you be 1000% sure that the producers used purely organic growth, and upbringing methods?
Ok, great! And how about the farms around them? Above them, from an elevation perspective? Are they organic farmers, too? Sure?
So you see, there are a gazillion things you have to consider if you want access to 100% organic produce.
There is exactly one way you can be absolutely certain about food quality: you have to do it yourself.
So a major part of this project was to purchase a farm, and making it run to an almost perverted quality assurance standard… none of the neighbouring farms were allowed to be closer than x kilometres, as not to contaminate our production. No farm in the surrounding area could be placed no a higher elevation than ours to rule out water pollution… and so on, and so forth.
Produce less effective
And even when think you’ve considered everything humanly possible to produce the best food accessible for yourself someone comes along, and tells you that the nutrients of the produce has declined significantly for the past decades.
Supposedly responsible for this are mass production of food, deterioration of soil quality, and the noticeable change in the global climate, a majority of which you can positively counteract against on your own farming operation because you have total control of quality mechanisms.
And while we can positively influence these factors, we can’t altogether change them, or rid ourselves of them, and yet we have to make sure our body gets enough of everything.
Supplementation
So while you thought you were eating the best food available, because you had 100% control over the entire process, to provide your body with all necessary nutrients, vitamins, etc. you’re going to need to supplement your intake to compensate for this.
This is where your daily does of supplements comes in, and should be understood not as a stringent process, but one of constant iteration depending on what your body needs.
What your body demands, and requires is dependent on a ginormous number of contributing factors. Your overall health, stress exposure, the way your body handles stress, environmental factors, etc. etc. etc.
The supplements I’m currently taking are
Magnesium is a mineral that is essential for many functions in your body, such as muscle and nerve activity, energy production, and bone health. Taking magnesium supplements may have various health benefits, especially for people with a deficiency or low intake of this mineral. Some of the benefits arei improving exercise performance, muscle mass, and power, reducing blood pressure, insulin resistance, and blood sugar levels, enhancing mood and sleep quality, and lowering the risk of developing heart disease and migraine.
Calcium is a mineral that is essential for many functions in your body, such as building and maintaining strong bones, regulating muscle contraction, and supporting heart, nerve, and blood health. Some of the benefits of calcium are the prevention or delaying of bone loss, and osteoporosis, lowering blood pressure, and reducing the risk of cardiovascular diseases, and controlling bodyweight.
Zinc supplements are often used to support the immune system, skin health, heart health, and male functions. They may reduce the length and severity of the common cold, decrease the symptoms of acne, lower the risk of infections, and improve sperm quality. Zinc is also required for the activity of many enzymes that aid with digestion, nerve function, metabolism, and brain health.
Ginkgo biloba supplements are derived from the leaves of the ginkgo biloba tree, which is native to China and has been used for thousands of years in traditional medicine. Ginkgo biloba supplements may have various health benefits, such as improving cognitive function and memory, inflammation reduction, and reduction of oxidative stress, support of eye health and vision, enhancing sexual function and libido.
Again: these supplements are tailored to, and constantly iterated to compensate for anything that’s lacking in my body, so a tremendously personalised compound of supplements.
Beside that I take an assortment of mushrooms, about which I will go into detail on later.
